Combining 15 years as Principal of one of Australia’s leading and largest independent schools, together with 10 years on the Council of The University of Melbourne, including four years as Deputy Chancellor and Adjunct Professor in The School of Education, La Trobe University, I have significant experience in a wide range of areas from mentoring and coaching Principals and CEOs to the development of aspiring leaders. I advise and consult on organisational culture and deliver motivating and inspirational key note addresses.
I have a particular interest in providing guidance to parents in relation to educational choices for their children and assisting teacher graduates gaining the very best for themselves and/or their organisation. I am greatly enjoying the rewards of mentoring others, both established leaders and those beginning their professional careers in order to achieve their potential. In particular I am loving the privilege of mentoring Principals in schools across the diverse educational sectors. Enabling individuals to develop their full potential for self fulfilment is my passion.
